About TIS
Treasury Information Services, LLC., (TIS) provides consulting services in the area of financial management. More specifically, TIS specializes in helping organizations manage their cash flows more efficiently and effectively.
Over the past twenty years, TIS principals have worked with companies of all sizes, as well as with universities and not-for-profit organizations. They are often engaged to help update financial practices in conjunction with the introduction of new technology or system upgrades. Another area of specialization is advising on banking relationships, including request for proposal projects.
In response to a need for information and training, Treasury Information Services added training services and publishing to its activities in the early 1990s. TIS publications are available through TIS Books.
TIS was formed in 1991. Its principals are Kenneth L. Parkinson and Joyce R. Ochs. Although TIS principals always manage all projects, other consultants may be involved as required by project size, complexity, specialized needs, etc. In such cases, TIS draws from its informal nationwide alliance of experienced consultants. The same holds true for training engagements.
